Application Notes
For Western blotting, the suggested use of this reagent is 5.0 - 10.0 μg/ml. For immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue, a concentration range of 0.5 - 5.0 μg/ml is suggested.
Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application.
Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
Target
