Perform the stability test for the sealed kit at 37°C and 2-8°C and get relevant data
Precision
Intra-assay Precision: samples with low, medium and high concentration are tested 20 times on same plate.
Inter-assay Precision: samples with low, medium and high concentration are tested 20 times on three different plates.

General Description
Thyroxine T4 is a hormone synthesized and secreted by the thyroid gland, also known as tetraiodothyronine. It is the most abundant type of thyroid hormone, accounting for 80% to 90% of all thyroid hormones. Thyroxine T4 can be converted into another type of thyroid hormone, triiodothyronine T3, which is a more active hormone and has widespread effects on metabolism, cardiovascular, nervous, and skeletal systems.
