Primary antibody: DMABB-JX83 at 1:10 dilution
Secondary antibody: Goat anti Mouse IgG polyclonal antibody [AF488]
Cells were washed in PBS and fixed in 2% paraformaldehyde, blocked with 5% normal goat serum in PBS, and incubated overnight at 4°C with DMABB-JX83 at 1:10 dilution.
Primary antibody: DMABB-JX83 at 1:10 dilution
